Career and Technical Education Center at Heintz
Advisory Board
Advisory Boards are an essential component to Career and Technical Education Programs.  Advisory Board members serve our programs in a variety of ways.  Advisory board members played an integral role in shaping the career pathways that are offered at CTECH.  Currently, our advisors support programs by making connections with classroom teachers to share industry standards and skills, develop and design new courses, train on new equipment, review and advise on equipment and curriculum purchases.

We need a variety of experts to serve on our advisory boards.  We value the experience and passion each person can bring to our programs that ultimately impact our students.  Advisory boards meet approximately 3-4 times during the school year.  There could be special projects or initiatives that require more time, but would be voluntary based on need and the availability of board members.

We currently have 6 advisory boards in place.  If you are interested in serving as an advisory board member, please complete the form below.
